manufactured housing units (MH Units) are for sale. We do not rent MH Units. We sell three kinds of MH Units: New, Renovated, and Handyman Specials. When you own your unit, you have an asset (just like owning a car or boat)! A purchaser of an MH Unit signs lot lease agreement and becomes a community lot tenant. Our monthly lot lease prices start at $570*; prices vary at each community and by the specific lot site.
 
We offer monthly payment plans to qualified applicants. All applicants are subject to credit check,income verification, eviction history & criminal background check. Not all applicants will be approved. If you are interested, the next step is to fill out our online application:
 
We offer a $500 purchase discount to health care workers, first responders (fire, police, EMT) and active, reserve, and retired military.

Loan Durations:

  • NEW – 15-20 years (possibly longer with third-party financing providers)

  • RENOVATED– 5-6 years

  • HANDYMAN – 4-5 years

*MH Unit purchasers are purchasing personal property only (similar to the purchase of a
vehicle with a VIN number like a car or boat). MH Unit purchasers are not purchasing land or real estate. MH Units owned by purchasers sit on a lot site in our community. Monthly lot rents range from $570. Each community has its own lot rent pricing schedule. Monthly lot rents are subject to change. Lot rental rates will increase each year. A one-time lot lease security deposit is due at the start of lot lease; minimum lot security deposit equal to 1 month’s lot rent due at signing. Lot security deposits may be significantly higher (up to 4 month’s lot rent) for credit impaired purchasers. Financing subject to credit approval. Other terms and conditions apply.
